Apex's Welding Job Shop can design and fabricate your products with our skilled technicians and manufacturing equipment and knowledge

Apex can help with all of your prototype and production welding needs. Apex can design and fabricate almost anything from shipping and work in process carts and carriers, racks, fixtures, commercial product, tanks, and scaffolding to screens, baskets, shelves, grates, automotive and furniture subassemblies and assemblies, and agricultural equipment. We have the necessary manufacturing equipment and knowledge to assist you with any of your fabrication needs.

Mig Welding:

We boast thirteen mig-welders and the necessary skilled technicians to operate them. We are capable of welding stainless steel as well as cold drawn or mild steel.

Tig Welding:

We have three tig-welders in house to complete any necessary tig-welding. Our skilled technicians can handle welding various types of steel including stainless steel, mild steel, cold drawn steel, and aluminum.

Spot Welding:

Apex has two spot welders that we can utilize to help you with your spot-welding needs. Typically, these machines are used to weld clip assemblies, screens, or other light metals.

Robotic Welding:

Our two-cell robotic welder can make any large quantity production welding job cost effective and help with short lead times so that you can meet your due dates. We can handle products up to 55 ½” X 90 ½”. We can provide the materials and programming necessary to complete the job or you can provide the materials and / or the programming at a reduced price. There are many benefits to robotic welding. Some of these benefits include weld uniformity, increased speed of welding, reduced production costs, and reduced lead times after fixturing and programming.
